Tenorio proposed a classification system for the cone shells and their allies (which resorb their inner walls during growth) was based upon a cladistical analysis of anatomical characters including the radular tooth, the morphology (i.e., shell characters), as well as an analysis of prior molecular phylogeny studies, all of which were used to construct phylogenetic trees. ==== Inflammatory disease ==== Infliximab has been used to induce and maintain remission in inflammatory Crohn's disease. The ACCENT 1 trial, a large, multicentre trial, found 39–45% of patients treated with infliximab, who had an initial response to it, maintained remission after 30 weeks, compared with 21% who received placebo treatment. It also showed a mean maintenance of remission from 38 to 54 weeks compared with 21 weeks for patients who received placebo treatment. Crohn's patients have flares of their disease between periods of disease quiescence. Severe flares are usually treated with steroid medications to obtain remission, but steroids have many undesirable side effects, so some gastroenterologists are now advocating the use of infliximab as the first drug to try to get patients into remission. This has been called the top-down approach to treatment.

The Humboldt party departed Mexico City on January 20, 1804, heading for Puebla and Veracruz, taking with them a wealth of scientific material and observations. On March 7, 1804, Humboldt departed from Veracruz, sailing to Havana to recover the scientific collections he had stored there more than three years earlier for safekeeping. Previously, when Humboldt attempted to join Baudin in Lima, it appeared he had abandoned any intention of traveling to the northern regions of the American continent. In late November 1802, he wrote to the Institut National in Paris, stating his hope to return to Europe through Mexico and Cuba by the following autumn. In his letter, Humboldt emphasized his focus on preserving and publishing his manuscripts and expressed a strong desire to be in Paris. However, his decision to delay his return and visit the United States emerged at the last moment. This change was likely inspired by his deep admiration for the American President, Thomas Jefferson, whom Humboldt felt compelled to meet before leaving the New World. His interest was further heightened by curiosity about Jefferson’s initiatives for exploring the American West.
The next step is to form 1,2,3-Benzotriazin-4(3H)-one-14C (compound 4). In water dissolved sodium nitrite is added to anthranilamide and hydrochloric acid in ice water. In the following step 1,2,3-Benzotriazin-4-(3-chloromethyl)-one-14C has to be formed. Therefore, 1,2,3-Benzotriazin-4(3H)-one-14C and paraformaldehyde are added to ethylene dichloride and heated to 40 °C. Then thionyl chloride is added and the whole solvent is further heated to 65 °C. After four hours of heating the solution is cooled down to room temperature. Water is added and the solution is neutralized. The ethylene dichloride layer is removed and put together with the result of the washed aqueous layer. The solvent was filtered and dried. The last step is the actual synthesis of Azinphos methyl. Ethylene dichloride is added to the compound resulting from the fifth step, 1,2,3-Benzotriazin-4-(3-chloromethyl)-one-14C. This mixture is heated to 50 °C and sodium bicarbonate and O,O-dimethyl phosphorodithioate sodium salt in water are added. The ethylene dichloride layer is removed, reextracted with ethylene dichloride and purified by filtration. The pure filtrate is dried.
